"Fantastic stools and top-notch service"
Around a year back, I purchased a couple of adjustable height bar stools. They looked great, but after about 9-10 months, I ran into some issues. I reached out to WSG, even though I knew the six-month warranty had expired. The customer support was simply AMAZING. Tracey (not sure of her last name) was incredibly helpful. We settled on two replacement stools that showed up the very next day, and they’re just stunning (maybe even nicer than the first ones!). I'm really impressed with Tracey and the whole company. This item is fantastic, and the sales and delivery were really quick. The bar stools arrived in less than a day and were packed up really well to avoid any damage during shipping.

"Bar stools for the kitchen came early..."
The bar stools we ordered for our kitchen showed up ahead of when we thought they would, and they look fantastic in our new space! The quality is top-notch and they’re super stylish. Overall, it was a great experience from the moment we placed the order to when they were delivered.

I only received part of my order, even though I was told on the delivery day that it would arrive then or shortly after. The company was really quick to respond and reached out to me to resolve the problem, and we figured out it was a mix-up with the delivery service. They sent the remaining part of my order in no time. I'm really pleased with how the company handled the situation, which wasn’t even their fault, and the chairs are top-notch.

"Top-notch service and fantastic furniture"
I bought 4 counter stools in Brooklyn tan leather and matte black. The communication was spot on, and they responded fast when we noticed we forgot to apply our 10% discount on the first purchase. They quickly added it and refunded the difference. Dispatch was super quick, even though these stools were on pre-order. They were packed really well to avoid any damage during shipping. Assembly was a breeze—just a little bit to do. The furniture is high quality, super comfy, and looks incredible, just what we wanted. We’re planning to grab some dining chairs next month. Really impressed!
